The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Officer to join our dynamic Histology team. If you have a passion for precision and data management, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a vital part of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and maintain laboratory data into PowerPath, ensuring the integrity and security of information.
- Verifying entered patient and request details by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Work closely with lab staff and administrative teams to keep things running smoothly, ensuring a seamless workflow.
What we’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in data field entry or administrative roles, preferably within a healthcare or laboratory setting.
- Full-time availability for rostered shifts from 4am – 12 pm, Monday to Friday. Please note, there may be some overtime in response to business demand.
- Excellent data entry skills including high attention to detail, accuracy and quick typing skills (minimum typing speed 60wpm and accuracy 95%), knowledge of touch typing is mandatory.
- A motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a supportive team culture.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations.
